Growth Initiatives within a financial services organization. I leveraged design methodologies that centered prospects and planners, In order to align mature departments around fostering trust between prospects and planners.
I partnered with the UX Director as he built a new team, to represent UX during an agile transformation, define cadences, and evangelize UX within an organization that was cautious around change.

Prospects (primary)
EFE’s prospective clients were evolving from everyday Americans to high net worth, and we wanted to understand and solve for the existing segment, and new targets. Prospects were generally 40+, and both interested and concerned with trends in fintech.Financial planners (secondary)
Responsible for meeting with clients and adhering to EFE’s financial processes. We generally worked with newer planners who were excited to grow their business, but were concerned about changes and churn with shifting organizational strategies. -
• Leading and scoping work for my track. Advocated for additional resources.
• Facilitating various sessions with a distributed team. Ranged from cross-functional collaboration, building culture, etc.
• Cut my teeth with Figma after years working within Sketch and Adobe.• Led junior and mid designers for visual design, while I got up speed on Figma.
• Lo-Fi Wireframing (analog & digital), service design.

Partnered with Insights to align product and research roadmaps. Assist or conduct ressearch efforts when their resources didn’t align with timelines.
Explored a range of methods to gather quant and qual including Maze, Hotjar, and Google Analytics.
