Evangelized our users across the org through lean research

I partnered with our research team to help flesh out our core users, specifically I met with Venue Execs, BO Managers, and Marketers across our segments. We hung up the personas on our walls to keep our users top of mind for the Ticketmaster’s R&D teams.

I led design within my tracks to elevate reporting experiences, validate new marketing initiatives, and ultimately sunset their legacy product Report Pro.
